🏡 Participants will stay in a private, fully equipped Airbnb featuring comfortable master bedrooms with double occupancy.
If you are registering alone, we will pair you with another participant of the same gender whenever possible. Limited single-occupancy arrangements may be available at additional cost, subject to availability.

🚌 Transportation Add-On: $250 per person (optional — includes round-trip service from Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal, exclusive tour driver, and guide for the full trip)
🟡 7 or more days before departure: 50% refund on balance paid
🔴 Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
If you need to cancel, your spot may be transferred to another eligible participant at no charge, provided you notify us at least 7 days before departure.
If BCoutdoorz cancels the trip for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and medical emergencies.
